Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Rishikesh, India


We are happy to announce our first post COVID Yoga and Meditation retreat in Rishikesh (The Yoga Capital of the World). Rooted in yoga and Meditation, this Hith Yoga Retreat in the Himalayas is designed to guide you toward regaining mental, physical, and emotional balance.

Retreat will take place in a secluded resort away from the crowd so that you could get a chance to relax, rejuvenate and introspect. Enjoy yoga in the middle of nature and take a dip into the healing energy of Rishikesh. This retreat is organized in nature, situated over a hill and has a panoramic view of Ganges and Rishikesh. Surrounded by hills and forest in a quiet and deeply healing environment away from the touristy town.

Rishikesh over a period of time has attracted many tourists from across the globe, who come to India in search of peace, spirituality, Yoga and Meditation. With increase in tourism activity due to adventure sports, Rishikesh can be crowded on weekends. Thus by selecting a property which is away from hustle bustle from the town of Rishikesh, we have ensured that you get the best value during the retreat.

Yoga, meditation, simple satvik diet, a hike in a pristine environment will rejuvenate, recharge and relax you.  

Your mentors and guide on this yoga and meditation retreat would be Hitanshi and Gourav, who have successfully led many retreats in the Himalayas, Bhutan, South India and have been teaching Yoga for many years now.

This retreat starts on Friday, Dec 10 at 2 p.m. in Rishikesh. There are many options to reach Rishikesh, in the same morning, by flight, by buses from Delhi or if you prefer a train journey, you could reach Haridwar and Hith Yoga would make pickup arrangements from Haridwar Railway station, at additional cost.

Venue is 6 Kms from Tapovan and 8 Kms from Lakshman Jhula

Rishikesh Railway Station – 13 km

Dehradun Airport – 28 km

About Teachers:


An alumnus from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). Having worked with various MNCs and Startups in business consulting, engineering, retail, incubation space he co-founded Hith Yoga to help people become healthier both physically and mentally. Yoga Siromani from Sivananda Vendanta Centre, Kerala. He also closely follows learnings from Bihar School of Yoga, Munger and SVYASA, Bangalore. He keeps his classes light, interesting and fun filled. He has special interest in working on people’s mindsets and emotions and thus combines his Hatha Yoga teachings impeccably with meditation practices, which are sometimes self-designed.


Hitanshi Jain is an MBA and a Yoga Therapist with Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA, Bangalore and PG Diploma in Yoga and alternate therapies. With more than 10 years of experience in teaching Yoga; she is also personal trainer to the Honorable External Affairs Minister of India, Mrs Sushma Swaraj and has taken Yoga and relaxation session at the European Parliament. Hitanshi’s change of guard from flashy corporate environment of a renowned Ad agency in Mumbai, to a simplicity based lifestyle was triggered, both by the Yoga’s magic that cured her asthma as well as the solace that Yoga provided during those stress filled work environment.

A lively and pleasing persona with a zeal to spread the goodness of Yoga to many others, she co-founded Hith Yoga to help people who juggle and struggle between office and family life. An ardent believer of Yoga and its preaching, she feels that Yoga is the answer to many of the larger problems that our world is facing today. Hitanshi believes in traditional form of Yoga and makes the class interesting by bringing in relevance of the yogic practices to the current scenario.
