30 mins of Asanas and stretching, 15 min breathing and 15 min of relaxation.
Stretching in yoga asanas reduces stress, stiffness, pain and improves blood flow and circulation, making it the best way to prep for relaxing the body.
Breathing mindfully relieves anxiety and negative thought patterns, making us calm and grounded.
Relaxation finally helps you release muscle tension, the one that you might not even be aware of. It re-energizes the body and makes us feel inner-peace.
When these three are combined, it creates bliss.
