With over 13 years of teaching experience with over 50k+ students from different parts of the world , we have designed 5 weeks of meditation practice course. Keeping the batch size small, our main focus is to give everyone the guidance they need to transform their mind, body and soul.
10 + 3 SESSIONS PROGRAM: Meditation for Beginners
Your progress is divided into 3 parts to help you achieve your goals in a systematic and structured manner. You would get 10 live group sessions (1 hour each) and 3 one-on-one counselling session (20 min each) with your mentors.
Stage 1: Preparing Yourself
As you set sail for your meditation journey with us it is important that your mindset, physical body and mind are prepared. Directly jumping on to a strong meditation practice can lead to more confusion and sudden upsurge of suppressed/repressed emotions. The initial set of practices will be a good opportunity for you to get ready and prepare yourself to achieve faster progress later on.
Stage 2: Awareness Building
We have become external looking animals, due to our training and demands on career, education etc. But this will re-train you to go inward (develop pratyahara). In this stage, you would start realizing the benefits yourself. Some of you would start realizing thought patterns, roadblocks etc. But don’t worry we are there for you.
Stage 3: Meditation Practice
Having prepared yourself with the initial set of practices, you are now ready to start with your meditation journey! With the help of the teacher, these sessions would help you grow and take your meditation practice to next
level. If you have been committed to the program, now people around you would also start seeing the difference.

Fees: Rs 5000 (Includes cost of 10 group sessions and 3 one-on-one sessions).
