I have been associated with Hith Yoga for close to 3 years now and my experience has been amazing! The teachers at Hith Yoga are well trained and are very understanding of the needs of the diverse set of people who attend the classes. Also, the aura of the defense colony studio is very positive and inviting. I am so thankful to Gaurav and Hitanshi for starting Hith Yoga! I highly recommend Hith Yoga to anyone looking to start the journey of yoga.

I am a big fitness concious and i belive in having a good body because healthy body has a healthy mind.so i joined Hithyoga. Hithyoga is full of yogic practises with simple instructions you can understand and do it without any hesitation.There are different yoga postures with their benifits which i learnt, some are tough and some are simple yogic exercises.the trainer expalined everything in a very simple way and can be understood very easily.i have visited few other institutes for yoga but this is my favorate one because it has given very detailed guidance about yogic asanas.

I was having trouble conceiving when I planned on starting yoga. I joined Hith yoga as it was near to my place. Gourav was teaching the class I joined and I must say he is a wonderful teacher, well experienced. They heard my reason for joining and along with the general course they also catered to my issues very well. Little did I know that I won’t be able to finish my second month of training with them as I conceived midway. Later I requested them for prenatal classes and they arranged one for 2 of us. I’m really grateful to the entire team for all the help they provided and am waiting eagerly to be able to join them back.

I like so much this yoga studio. I was a beginner, but I could easily join the class and it is still challenging in a good way. Trainer and staff are professional. I always appreciate their good support.

I had the wonderful chance to join Hith Yoga in Delhi, was totally unexpected and I am so glad I could make it. The class was peaceful and I felt connected with the people around me and the environment. I also liked the balance between relaxation and quiet moments with the more active assanas or poses. Sadly I was only on a short trip to India and Delhi, otherwise I would love to join these classes permanently, I totally recommend this yoga studio for regular yoga practice or as a drop in session like me.

I joined Hith Yoga studio during my trip in New Delhi as I needed some practice (and peace of mind). Contacting them was extremely easy and I received a warm response very promptly... Such a positive first impression! When I arrived, I found a lovely, relaxing studio and was welcomed by the teacher. The yoga session was honestly one of the best ones I had, and found the guided meditation very soothing yet energizing. At the end, the teacher was extremely available to answer a few questions I had to better my practice. I hope to come back soon and invite everyone to improve your wellbeing by joining this studio (even if you are on a short stay in New Delhi, like I was!).
