Join us on the day of Mahashivratri, which is said to have a very special effect on your mental and spiritual body.
In this special session we would be chanting Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, followed by a technique to help you sink in the vibration and finally reach a state of Meditation!
While Gayatri Mantra purifies and helps in spiritual upliftment is soothing, the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra works wonder in healing and rejuvenation. Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is one of the oldest Mantras in Indian spirituality. It is said that it can help you win over death/fear of death. You could also chant the mantra for someone, who is not able to chant it because of some problem.
Any belief system or mantra, for that matter, becomes more powerful and effective with our mental energies. So, the more you chant with sincerity, faith and devotion, the more perceptible the effect would be. So observe the subtle change in your own energy field; for some of you it might be a state of deeper relaxation, for some of you it would be state of heightened internal energies or a state when you feel that fears and negativity leave your bodily/mental awareness. We would use this state to help you remain and sink in the vibration and meditate in silence.

Hith Yoga's next workshop is designed to enable you to imbibe yoga in your daily routines effortlessly and begin the journey towards a yogic lifestyle.
The Workshop would be lead by Hith Yoga's Neha Saigal, who is a talented Hatha Yoga practioner and has been a force of influence in the lives of many of our customers.
Inspired by the Bihar School of Yoga, in this workshop, students will learn a specific sequence of practices that are easy to do, and some will take only 10 minutes to complete and will lead to better physical, mental and spiritual being. This sequence of practices for an entire day, are designed to balance the energies, harmonise the emotions and move towards total well being.
The session will include chanting, asana, pranayama, surya namaskar, relaxation and meditation. Students will also be given hand-outs so that it is easy for them to incorporate these practices into their lifestyle.
Hope you guys have as much fun doing this workshop with as we had while designing it.
