Hello, I am Hitanshi one of the yoga therapist supporting Hith Yoga. I got introduced to Yoga to treat my asthama while I was doing my MBA; thereafter I worked for well-known Ad agencies in Mumbai but soon realized that my true calling was Yoga. Having been part of demanding corporate environment, I found yogic practices to be very useful in solving some of the deep rooted stress and lifestyle related problems. Thus, I left the corporate world to bring Yogic practices to people who I feel need assistance. I completed P.G. Diploma in Yoga with Alternate Therapies (Acupressure, Reiki, Naturopathy etc.) from LNUPE, Gwalior and currently pursuing M. Sc. in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA, Bangalore. I am also a follower of Bihar School of Yoga, Munger and Reiki and Pranic healer. My Journey So Far... I have been conducting therapeutic yoga workshops/sessions for corporate houses as well as individuals across India that include stress management, yogic treatment for other occupational disorders like anxiety neurosis, depression, blood pressure problems, cervical and back pain, Yogic practices for health, fitness and wellbeing.
